Indication of copy protection of CD/ DVD/ BD

Indication of copy protection of products in the webshop have been simplified. This is now only shown for CDs and DVDs that are labelled as copy protected.

Since the record companies luckily gave up copy protecting CDs with various non-standard solutions there will only be a warning on old CD releases that contained this.

Information of copy protection will now only been shown for DVDs that definitively are copy-protected (i.e. it's indicated on the cover). This means that DVDs with no indication might also very well be copy protected, but this is after all part of the standard and will cause no problem for regular playback.

Since all commercial Blu-rays are copy-protected by standard there will be no indication of this.
