Site improvements

The list of upcoming titles will now be shown more logically, with the nearest releases first - and without titles already released.

The historical top sales list going back to 2003 is removed. It was simply not very relevant, especially since many titles are transfered to new distributors frequently and thus is added as a new item. In addition many former best-sellers are now out-of-print.

The product pages are also improved.

There will also be more little tweaks - in addition to adding lots of new titles of course - before a complete new site will see the light up day hopefully by the end of the year.
